I'm not a sommelier but am serious about wine. Wine brings people together with meals or while traveling or for celebrations
- Wine as A Lifestyle!
I care about the variety, the region, the viticulture and the winemaker. Wine is a product of the people who grow the grapes and make the wine. It is completely a result of the land and the culture of each region where it is made.
- Wine brings people together.
We help plan events, build collections and craft wine lists for restaurants and clubs.
Our team has 20+ years experience with American and European wine varieties and has visited many of the best regions in the US, France, Italy, Spain and Germany. Whether your preference is white, sparkling, red or rose - the more common varieties such as Cabernet, Chardonnay, Syrah, or more exotic ones such as Nebbiolo, Gruner Veltliner, Tempranillo or Picpoul we have likely tried it, know some great producers and a bit about the taste profile for each.
Planning for a corporate reception or Hospitality event can help celebrate a new account or enhance your business development efforts. We've all been to those boring events where they serve cheese cubes, Bud Light and Yellow Tail Chardonnay. Why not show your team or clients that you want them to have a memorable experience? Why not offer a couple of classic cocktails, craft beers or fine wines, all without breaking the bank?
We can help individuals plan and purchase collections of all sizes - but with an emphasis on variety, unusual styles and for a relatively affordable budget.
Every restaurant seems to offer exactly what their main liquor distributor offers them: Big name-brand Cabernets, extremely buttery Chardonnays, clear, flavorless Pinot Grigios and a of couple Pinot Noirs. How about a list that complements and enhances your menu? How about a deep-dive of less-common varieties such as Carignane from Sonoma or France's Southern Rhone Valley or great European whites such as Grüner Veltliner , Kerner or Sylvaner?
